Forum Etiquette Please do not type in all caps (makes it very difficult to read).
Remember to use paragraphs in long posts so reader won't lose their place. Enter Forum
Registration Due to the sensitive nature of this forum, it is required that you register. Enter Forum
Security Someone can look up your history and cache files to see what sites you've been to on the internet. You can clear these by going to "Edit" "Preferences" if you use Netscape. Also go to your files on your PC and then click your Browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer) then look for a folder called "Cache" and delete everything in that folder. This folder is usually found under your user name folder. Enter Forum
Change Account Info Go to "Preferences" at the top of the screen. Enter Forum
Forum Topics Forum is divided into topics (i.e., Exercise, Cost, Experiences) on left. To see all categories, scroll down. Enter Forum
Older Posts Under each topic click "#### MSGS" to see all posts in that category. Enter Forum
Search Scroll down to bottom left of screen for "Search Discussions."
Make Screen Larger Move your mouse over the middle scroll bar between the topics and the messages until it turns into an arrow, then click and move as necessary. There is also an option at the bottom of the message side to make the font larger. Enter Forum
Creating a Signature

In forum click "preferences" in top right of forum screen.
Scroll down to the "signature" box.
Create a Graphic Signature

1. Highlight your code that we email to you or post to you on the forum. (Start at top left of code)
A. Hold down the left mouse button
B. Drag the mouse down beginning with the first <all the way to the bottom to the last> and release mouse button.
C. Copy (CTRL+C) the highlighted code. (Your code is now copied onto the clipboard of your computer)
2. Log into forum.
3. Click on PREFERENCES
4. Scroll down to the SIGNATURE box
5. Put cursor into signature box and click one time.
6. Paste (CTRL+V) the code you copied in step 1.
7. Scroll to the bottom and click UPDATE. Your personal signature is now part of all of your posts.

To edit your signature, all you need to do is return to the preferences area and go to the signature box.

Enter Forum
Create a Poll Click "Create Poll" at top left. Choose "Polls" for topics to list under. Enter Forum
Posting Photos Post your photos on a free site like Yahoo and enter the link. Enter Forum
Emailing Other Members Click the Membername then "E-mail this member" Enter Forum
